IPv6†


  • IPv6 support in Courier means basically the following:
    • Courier の IPv6 サポートとは，基本的に以下を意味します．
    • ESMTP, IMAP, and POP3 servers will create an IPv6 socket and accept IPv6 connections.
      • ESMTP，IMAP 及び POP サーバが IPv6 ソケットを作成し，IPv6 接続を受け付ける．
    • The ESMTP client will attempt to resolve AAAA records in addition to A records.
      • ESMTP クライアントが A レコードに加え，AAAA レコードの解決を試みる．
    • Headers in incoming mail will log IPv6 addresses, instead of IPv4 addresses. Delivery Status Notifications and log files will also reflect IPv6 addresses.
      • 受信されるメールのヘッダが IPv4 アドレスの代わりに，IPv6 アドレスを記録する．配送ステータス通知及びログファイルが IPv6 アドレスを反映する．
